18mm GRC fiberglass chopped strand,model PH13-76-18 is a new environmental friendly material,specially designed as rib material for high-performance GRC(glass fiber reinforced concrete) with high integrity,designed for use in premixing systems or other premixing processes for subsequent molding into a GRC component.The 12mm pre-mixing AR fiberglass chopped strands has a sizing system optimized for abrasion resistance and strand integrity during mixing with dry materials.Lower linear density strands permits efficient reinforcement at lower dosages,generally 3%-5%.18mm GRC fiberglass chopped strands is particularly for architectural premix,special mortar or mixture.Using techniques like vibration-casting,pumping,spraying,pre-blending with dry materials.18mm GRC fiberglass chopped strands mainly used for products,like,GRC architectural detail, GRC siding, GRC landscape products, GRC lightweight partition board, GRC insulation board, ventilation ducts, permanent tubular mandrel, permanent formwork, industrial building roof elements, sound barriers, self-hosted flooring, irrigation channels.etc.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
1.Alkali resistance(corrosion resistance): soaked 4 hours in 100 ºC of Ca(OH)2 saturated solution , Strength retention rate> 90%, diameter reduction ratio of <0.5%;soaked in 100 ºC 10% NaOH solution for 1 hour, weight reduction ratio (excluding sizing) <0.5%.so it can effectively resist the erosion of high-alkali of cement.
2.good integrity and mobility:this 18mm GRC Fiberglass Chopped Strands has good integrity when mixing with mortar,cement and other additives.It will keep a bunch of fiber strongly.
3.Other properties:strong bond, high elastic modulus, impact resistance, high tensile strength, high flexural strength, non-flammable, antifreeze, temperature resistance, humidity changing ability,ant-cracking, good impermeability performance, design easiness.easy shaping.
STORAGE:
The AR glassfiber chopped strands should be keep dry in their original bags and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.
PACKAGING:
SHIPMENT AND TRANSPORTAION:
1.Shipment by sea:for sea transportation,generally 20pallets(each 800kg.two layers)be loaded into 20 feet container.total net weight is 16.00 metric ton.
2.transportation by truck:for truck transportation,generally 10 pallets(each 1000kg,one layer) be loaded into truck.
3.transportation by rail:for rail transportation,generally 20 pallets(each 1000kg,two layer)be loaded into train's container.
