CKQS Rotary CleanerPerformance CKQS rotary cleaner is generally used in the second stage cleaning of the head cleaner for belt conveyers, it has an obvious sweeping effect when using in conjunction with the first stage scraping cleaner. It is comprised by the brush roller, reducer, electric motor, shaft coupling and self-aligning bearings etc.
The cleaning roller is made of wear-resistant nylon binding spirally along with the shaft body. The driving device is made up of the reducer and motor, the coupling is connected with the N-end of the brush roller and the other end of the brush roller is supported by the self-aligning bearings. Besides, the reducer and the bearing seat are equipped with adjustable seat. After finishing the installation of the cleaner, the position of the brush roller can be adjusted by adjusting the screw, a satisfactory cleaning effect can be achieved when the brush roller's axis is paralleled to the axis of the head pulley.
