Type: Solid Titanium welding wire applications: ER Ti-2 is developed for welding Titanium grade 1, 2, 3 and 4. This alloy finds his applications in chemical industry and offers excellent Weldabillity.
Properties: The weld deposit is ductile and offers excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments. The unique combination of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance makes the alloy a preferred choice in many applications to prefer or solve problems. The wire is cleaned in a very special way to obtain porosity free and a ductile weld deposit.

1.RAW MATERIALS: We only choose the best titanium sponge as our raw material, grade 0 or grade 1.
2.PRODUCTION PROCESS: Ingots are produced by Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) furnace with triple melting, which can meet a large of high quality standards for a variety of titanium alloys in various industries.
3.Third-party INSPECTION: Material Analysis & Testing Center and Xi'an Aero-Engine PLC, both two labs are always support the testing service including chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic preparation and evaluation.
4.SERVICE: JIAPING sales team is professional with flexible time to provide solutions promptly for our customer. We are 12 hours on call for your request.
