Characteristic:
DC:the output current is direct, either electrode positive (DCEP) or electrode negative (DCEN). It allows to weld with many types of electrodes and materials: rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.
MMA:welding with coated electrode.
TIG HF :TIG welding with high frequency arc striking.
HOT START ADJUSTABLE:for easy electrode striking. Useful especially for "difficult-to-start" electrodes.
ANTI-STICKING:(MMA) no electrode sticking. It avoids the electrode's overheating, protecting its metallurgical features.
PRE-GAS / POST-GAS:automatically adjusted according to the value of welding current and duration of the weld.

Quality Checking&System:
1. Eleven steps for each machine quality checking: material check, PCB check, PCB debug, assemble check, machine debug, machine full of loading experiment, machine tested by welder for 10 minutes, broken test on test plate for nearly 1 hour, performance test, first welding try before packing shell, final welding try after shell packing & package.
