Q:what's you MOQ?
There are no minimum order required for most items,please call us if you require more information.but the more quantity you order,the cheaper the price per item.
Q: can you provide a design service?
Yes we can.if you tell us what you are looking for,we can produce a number of canopy design options for you to choose from.it's a free service if you order the umbrellas.
Q:what type of logo do you need ?
We require a logo with good resolution-Al or CDR format
Q: what is your price based on?
Our price =quantity+design+quality+print/embroidery+lead time
Quantity=how many you order
Design=how many colour/how complex
Quality=quality of material used
Print/embroidery=whether the logo/design is printed or Embroided on
Lead time=how urgent you want the order to be delivered
Q:How about the terms of payment?
For large order,T/T and L/C at sight are offered;for small order,T/T ,western union and paypal can be accepted too.
Q:How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
It is usually up to our customers to decide how urgent they want the products,for normal case,delivery time is around 7-15 days.
Q:How's about the shipment?
We accepe EXW,FOB,CNF,CIF,DDU,DDP price term,and shipment by sea ,by air and by express.
