Description
Kneader is a high efficient machine used for mixing and kneading high viscosity materials. Vacuum Kneader is widely used in silicone sealant, silicone rubber, CMC, battery, ink, dye, pharmacy, resin, plastics and cosmetics, etc.
 
When customer use vacuum kneader, temperature adjustment can be by heat transfer oil circulation, electric heating, steam and water cooling in the jacket.
 
Discharge ways include hydraulic tank turning discharge, screw discharge, bottom discharge. Tank cover open and close are operated by hydraulic.
 
Kneader machine is designed with kneading, chassis, transmission system, vacuum system, hydraulic system, electric control system etc. Kneading part is designed with tank, shafts, wallboard and tank cover. Stainless steel is used for parts contacting with materials.
