1. Characteristics
Model CXS-2806 Fully Automatic Softening Point Testing Equipment (ring ball tester) is adopting the microcomputer automatic control procedures, temperature rising accurate and with high precision of temperature control. Specimen is softened by photoelectric detector and can automatically record results. The advanced detect program can judge the medium of test is water or glycerol automatically and give the best temperature control program automatically ensure the accuracy of test data. Devices equipped with magnetic stirrer, and ensure uniformity of the test temperature.
2. Structure
Instrument panel is composed of the keyboard, display, a photoelectric detector light. The back cover composed by power source socket, heater, adjustable agitation switch, temperature sensor. The upper crest slab is composed of photoelectric detection device, softening point locating rod, beaker base and magnetic stirrer.
