DF-500 ground water detector uses Natural electric field frequency selection method, referred to as frequency selection method.
It is based on the differences of electrical properties of mineral rocks underground, through measuring the natural frequency magneto telluric election (Frequency 0.n-30 kHz), and according to the regular variation of different frequencies of electromagnetic fields, to research the situation under ground, it is an alternating current exploration methods, in order to solve geological exploration problems. The instrument is Natural Electric Field Frequency Selection Geophysical Measuring instrument (Frequency Selection Instrument).
